Free open access publishing in 76 IOP Publishing journals
The deal is for corresponding authors of the Radboud University or radboudumc and applies to the journals listed in the excel sheet in the box below.
How does it work?
1. Use your e-mail address of the Radboud University or radboudumc for all correspondence with IOP. Only corresponding authors who have an appointment at Radboud University or radboudumc are eligible for open access publishing at no extra cost.
2. State the institution clearly on the submission form and in the article itself. Based on this, IOPP identifies whether you fall within the terms of the deal.
3. During the peer review process or shortly after acceptance of the publication, IOP will send you an email confirming that you can publish open access at no extra cost.
4. IOPP automatically makes the publication open access with a CC-BY license linked to it. With this license you retain your copyright. The CC-BY license is also Plan S compliant.
5. During the peer review process or shortly after acceptance of the publication, IOP will send you an email confirming that you can publish open access at no extra cost.
Note: In the unlikely event that the publisher does not alert you to open access publishing, please contact the journal.
