If you are registered with IEEE Xplore (free of charge), you can set up various preferences. Register by clicking on Create account at top right and following the instructions on the screen.
If you have an account, you can use the following options:

IEEE Collabratec (previously My Projects) allows you to network with other researchers and to share and create documents.
Once you have logged in using your IEEE Xplore login, the following screen will appear:
Click on Connect and the next screen appears :
The records you have stored in IEEE Collabratec will appear.
To change your default search options, go to My Settings and select Preferences. You can indicate your preferences here. More information about the different options can be found here.
If, in Preferences, you have switched on Search History Recording, you can view your search history under My Settings and then under Search History.
If you tick the relevant search(es), you can combine them by clicking on COMBINE.
