IEEE Xplore is a digital library that offers full-text access to technical literature on electrical engineering, information technology, electronics and related disciplines.
To import your references into EndNote there are 2 ways:
Do a search and select thee referentes which you want to import into your EndNote-library and click on the button
Select the tab Citations and choose the format RIS and click on Download:
It depends on your browser (here Mozilla Firefox) what happens with this file. Normal the file is in the download-folder. Double-click on it and the references will be visible in EndNote.
You also can click on a reference and than click on the button to import de reference into EndNote. Click the tab RIS and click on Download.
