ILL: Inter Library Loan

Who can submit ILL requests via RU and what does one have to do?

  1. RU and Radboudumc staff
    If staff members of RU and Radboudumc have activated their campus card as a library card, they are also authorised to submit ILL requests.
  2. RU students
    If students of RU and Radboudumc have activated their campus card as a library card, they are also authorised to submit ILL requests.
  3. Former RU staff members
    If former RU staff members have activated their campus card as a library card, they are also authorised to submit ILL requests.
  4. External PhD candidates
    External PhD candidates can submit ILL requests if they have a library card.
  5. Alumni with an ABC-card
    Alumni can submit ILL requests if their ABC card is activated as a library card.
  6. Students and staff of HAN, Hochschule Rhein-Waal and other Dutch universities
    They cannot submit ILL request at RU, but must do this through their own institution.
  7. Students Open University
    Students OU can submit ILL requests if they have a library card.
  8. Other non-university borrowers (paid membership)
    Paying borrowers can submit ILL requests if they have a library card.
