You can search inside a library via the boxes Title, Creator, Year, All Fields & Tags, Everything and Advanced Search at the top-right. The complete library is searched when My Library is selected on the left pane.
The Advanced Search is an extensive search funtion. You can search in different libraries, fields, subcollections and save the search as a saved search. Every time new records are imported and these records match this search their added to this collection.
